Yes. If your school already publishes policies on its public website, Edvance can scan that site and identify likely policy documents for you to review and import.
How it works
- Go to Compliance → Policies and select Find policies already published by your school.
- Edvance scans your school's public policy page and lists the PDF and document files it finds.
- Select the relevant files and choose Import for review.
- Each document is routed through a short review step before it becomes part of your official register.
Important to know
The scan is advisory only. Edvance never adds documents to your register without you confirming them first. Nothing is marked as compliant or approved by the scan alone — each imported document goes through the standard Policy Document Review Workspace (PDRW) before it counts towards your register.
The scan works best when your school website has a dedicated policies page with direct links to PDF or Word documents. Password-protected or dynamically loaded pages may not be fully accessible.
