User management and multi-user access within a school account is on the Edvance roadmap but is not yet available in the current version.

At the moment, each school account has a single owner login — typically the principal. Board pack access for board members is handled separately via secure pack links, which do not require a full Edvance account (see Can board members access packs without a full Edvance account?).
