What your inspection score is based on

The inspection readiness score is derived from regulatory requirements linked to your policies and the evidence you have attached to them. It does not use opaque AI scoring — it is based on deterministic counts of satisfied and missing requirements, so you can always explain it.

What drives the score

  • Regulatory coverage — how many relevant regulatory requirements are present versus missing or unsatisfied
  • Policy evidence — whether policies that carry requirements have adequate evidence (signed documents, risk assessments, board minutes) to support compliance claims
  • Assurance chains — whether policies with significant regulatory impact have complete assurance chains (consultation, board approval, evidence)

Where the score appears

The Dashboard Inspection card and the Inspection Readiness page both show:

  • The current score as a percentage
  • The number of satisfied vs missing requirements
  • The top policy drivers holding the score down, with direct links to open and address those policies

Because the score is fully explainable, you can go into any inspection conversation with confidence — and address gaps systematically rather than guessing where to start.
