Edvance is a multi-tenant platform — each school's data is completely isolated. One school cannot access another school's data under any circumstances.

Within your school

Access to your school's data is controlled by roles:

• Owner / Principal — full access to all school data, settings, and user management
• Board member (full account) — access to board packs, governance documents, and relevant compliance views
• Staff — limited access as configured by the school owner
• Board member (pack link only) — read-only access to a specific board pack via a secure link; no access to broader school data

Edvance staff access

Edvance staff have strictly controlled, audited access to school data for support and operational purposes only. Any access to a school's data is logged. We do not access your data without a support reason and will always inform you if access was required.
